so do i, especially in reference to poker. "ABC anything" generally connotates a basic, simple approach, and in winning hold 'em there is no such thing.

ok...I've used this term here and there over my 3K posts. Here's what I've always meant when I said it:

Just pushing large edges and staying away from areas that are inherently small edges like blind stealing, defense, 3-betting with KQ after a loose raiser has raised PF, etc.

I'm not sure what to say after explaining what I've meant, as I think this is an important part of the game...

That's just what I meant when I said it in the past.
