I had just won a couple pots from this opponent, Johnny Felix, by raising preflop then autobetting flop. Also his minraise on the turn and all in on the river is so obvious that it looks like he might just be mimicking a big hand, so I am a little suspicous of him. Maybe my play was to lead out $550 or $600 on river and fold to a raise. True I would only have to call $400 more or so there to win that pot but I think he absolutely must have a bigger hand than me to raise all in on river.

what do you think he has? AT? 77?
If autobetting the flop was working, and then you hit a big hand, that is what you want.
I reraise the turn, if he pushes there, then i might get away from it.
Unless you've seen this pattern from him before, which you do not state.

I have played lower limits (1/2 and 2/4) with Johnny Felix, and at least down there he is a player who's raises I respect. I would say that it's almost certain he can beat AK, and if he has AK beat then he has you beat because he wouldn't call a raise PF with a hand that would make a worse 2 pair. He might have AK himself, but more likely you're looking at set (especially with the river push) It's possible that he runs much bigger bluffs at 5/10 than he does at 2/4, but in my experience this is a good laydown.

Just curious if the preflop raise with A7o is a winner for you...

(not saying it's bad. I'm legitimately curious.)

FWIW, that is exactly how that player would play JhTh.

You would minraise on the turn Diablo or would it be closer to pot size?

Well.

If this is the Johnny Felix I know I hit that call button so damn fast and expect to be shown a worse hand.... Especially combined with the fact u have been autobetting the flop and he feels like he has been pushed around recently. I once made the mistake of making a big semibluff against JF on the flop and he made a huge call with top pair queen kicker. I think I save this laydown for other regulars in that game...
