I think a push here is horrible. My hand is just not that strong, and I think against an unknown, I very rarely get called.

This is also because I don't overbet nearly often enough (I think).

An all in overbet makes people think you have nothing and you are trying to steal the pot, and they are likely to call with a mediocore hand. $100 looks like a value bet and a mediocore K is not calling. Even if I don't push I like your pot sized bet the same, it still looks like a huge bet and it could confuse a K into calling because they would think if you had a big hand you would value bet.
