Default Who\'s going to the Aussie Millions in January?

I'll be playing in the Speed Poker Event, some of the smaller buyin events and (hopefully), the 10K Main Event, if I can win a satellite.

Looking forward to the Speed Poker tourney. Speed poker has 6 players max per table, 2 dealers and you get 15 sec to act. It's pretty fast and exciting. Earlier this year, I watched the first Speed Poker tournament and they were averaging over 100 hands per hour with the two dealers.

Ugh. You shouldn't have reminded me. I stopped trying to qualify when I had 65% of the chips 3 handed and lost A9 to A8. (only one spot paid)

Try these to make yourself feel better...

1) 4-handed, I'm the big stack. Two spots win a seat. I get all-in w 3rd stack and lose w AK to KQ. Would have been a shoe-in after that.

2) Last week. Get to HU and I have a fishy player outchipped 10-1 (yes, thats ten to one!!). He didnt miss, called everything and kept having the best hand. UGHHHhhhh..

Crown Casino (hosting the championships) website is crowncasino.com.au but all the scheduling and everything linked with the Aussie Millions festival can be found at pokernetwork.com - pokernetwork also giving away free $1600 speed poker seats as a promotion. I've already got a seat for Speed Poker from a satellite, so good luck to anyone that wants to win one.
