Default Playing online without a mouse...

Just curious, are there ways to play without a mouse? Ie, are there certain keys or ways to program keys to check, bet, fold etc.?

Not really what you were asking, but if the mouse is causing you problems, try a trackball. Switched 3 years ago and have had no wrist pain, etc. since and think they are easier to use. Get one with a large ball (I like my Logitech). It takes a while to get used to, but after that you will never want to use a mouse again.

Pokerroom can be nice if you play limit

F1 = Fold
F2 = Call
F3 = Raise

Still haven't gotten around to getting the F1 button fixed
