Default Too Tight Here? - Friday Special Hand

After busting out mid-tourney I am now having severe second thoughts on this fold. Comments anyone? Thanks!
Les

Depends on your reads. If one or both of them won't push hands other than AA or KK this way, then fold. Otherwise, push.

I'd hate to fold and see two AKs flipped up, that's for sure.

I don't think it's an unreasonable fold. I'm tempted to call because it's early in a tourney and people often do dumb things but with a raise and a re-raise you're often up against AA or KK. AK would often just push pre-flop here. But even including AK in the range of hands you're a 3-2 dog with a 3rd player in the hand.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. Ironically enough, I became small stacked (about 900) with the blinds at 200-100 and received pocket queens and busted out last night when KQ called and he spiked a K. This is a strange game, is it not?

Given the usual crowd in that tournament your fold is fine, I'm 95% sure you're behind. AK pushes pre-flop, AA makes the 2nd raise for 60% of his chips.

i think this is a well discliplined fold. you raised and were reraised twice with one player raising 60% of his stack. the blinds are really too low for me to want to become involved here when i feel i'm against a bigger overpair 90% of the time.
