Default Played intelligently or moronic? Still learning.

Read on villian is very passive - but that is with only 40 or so hands.

Comments on my play?

Ditch the minraising. If you think you're ahead, make a real raise on the flop.

If your read is that he's passive, and yet he's betting and raising here, why push back at him? You get called when you're beat (usually really, really beat) or he folds when you're ahead (usually not terribly far ahead). You were fortunate here, but it won't happen like this often.

If villian is truely "very passive" then I'm folding to his flop raise. Passive players don't raise with air and they don't fold overpairs. Fortunately for you he actually appears to be weak-tight instead of very passive. Also with the stack sizes involved pushing the turn is gonna get called most times by most players, if you're going to push the flop is the place to do it. JMO
