Default I\'m good at not raising

The SB is unknown.
The button is a, well, LAG I suppose. 92/21/1.2 over 90 hands.

Party Poker 5.00/10.00 Hold'em <font color="#0000FF">(6 handed)</font> link

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, Button calls, SB calls.

Flop: (13.00 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button 3-bets</font>, SB calls, Hero calls.

I guess this is a cap. Not exactly sure why I didn't. I wasn't afraid of the button, but wanted to see the turn card before deciding what to do. Problem is, lots of turn cards are pretty evil here. Hmmm...

Turn: (11.00 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>
Now what? This could've been avoided had I capped the turn. But I didn't, bad player as I am. Fold, call or raise?

Yes, cap that flop. I'd call the turn, but fold if it comes back 2 bets to me.

ROFL HAND. it's at these moments i really wish i could reach through the intarweb and kill people.

seriously, find SB in his hometown and slit his throat. that is the only +EV move. slit his throat, steal all his money, shove fish and donkey in his throat, and write to the local newspaper saying that fish and donkeys will die.

You're bizare, tens of thousands of players on party play this way, loads of 'suck outs' happen in this fashion, the SB probably isnt bluffing or really screwing us over, hes just playing loose draw poker.
