Default how to deal with a loosie passive

the villain, after 37 hands, has 84% vpip, 8% pf raise, and 0.3/0.4/2.33 aggression (overall 0.52). he seems to always want to see a flop, and post-flop likes to call down draws without odds. here are 3 hands in which i was involved with him.
