Raymer's River Woes

The other time Raymer's opponent hit a club to make a flush on the last card. "I guess I should just go all in (on the flop)," Raymer said, lementing his inability to protect a hand thus far."

It's funny. Whoever made the jopke post about how Raymer's book says to always push your stack in preflop or on the flop was actually correct. Raymer wishes he had followed his own advice.

I think you're probably close to the truth here. I'm not sure about what motivates them but it looks like the huge donkey factor is going to make this year's ME a total crapshoot.
