Default Pokerroom Upgrade?

I deposited a week ago for the init. bonus. Much to my surprise the site ran in a java window. Multi tabling was impossible because it was so slow. Worst experience ever. I was just going to let the bonus expire. Now that I got a killer new monitor, with plenty of real estate, I decided to open a table while playing Absolute. It asked me to DL something new and low and behold, it's a fully functioning piece of software. I must say, it's a huge improvement over last week. I only played one table so I don't really know how many tables you can play. BUt the new stuff had lots of options as far as session tracking and such. Might actually be fun playing there now. And the +35BB I won tonight didn't hurt either.

Yeah, pokerroom's real client is a vast improvement over their java client. Now if they could only approach absolute and the cryptos in quality of software.

I hear some of their skins are non-download version only. Can someone comment on Hollywood, HoldemPoker, and PowerPlayer. Any of them downloadable?

I'm not too happy with the real client. Sometimes it doesn't show me my hole cards when multitabling, and sometimes it doesn't show me the flop. Yes, I can read the dealer text to find out, but it's annoying as hell.

Do they offer a initial deposit bonus (& rb)?

I'm looking to whore a bit more without software issues.
