Take a shot everytime he says "First of all...". I think it would be an effective way of getting alchohal poisening. Even with that, the TNT basketball show is by far the best pre/post game show in All of sports.

or better yet, set an over/under with your drinking buddies. if you lose the bet then you have to take that many shots while everyone laughs at you dying on the floor.
