promotional events and rakeback...

This is a double cross post from STT and the affiliate forum. I can't get any answers at all.

I won a $10,000 WSOP seat earlier this year in a free promotional tournament. (tournament masters through empire) No one paid for the game , so every $ came out of Empires pocket. My rakeback seems to be messed up now, but the timing doesnt match. I am trying to figure out if I am getting bambuzaled by my affiliate or if empire has murdered my MGR.

Nothing like winnign a $10,000 seat and then having to pay $2,700 out of your own pocket. I guess I can't complain really, but I want to know what is up. Wish I had known earlier.


Has this happened to anyone else. Surely someone else here must have won a promotional event of sorts. Who else won a TM from empire this year?
