Does PokerNow offer first time sign up bonus?

can you still sign up there even though you have a party account?

Yes, yo need to uninstall all the party skins, and use a different email when signing iup, or sign up from a computer that does not have any party skins on it. You also cannot play both party and pokernow at the same time, you used to be able to have one open and install the other and run it that way but I am not sure if that still works, also, the other party skins can be open at the same time, but party and PN share something that if you have party open and try to open PN you will get party to pop up(already open) and the other way around too.
