No doubt about it.

I'm already penciling in the Niners at #2, too.

As a Gators and Bears fan, I am really disappointed. I was hoping Rex would have a nice breakout year and at least separate himself from all these other Gator QBs who have stunk up the NFL over the years.

As long as they can win a game they should be able to beat out the Browns.

Would you rank the Bears as having the worst luck in major professional sports, putting a high consideration on injuries as part of the luck factor, over the last decade or so? They just seem to get hammered with them every year.

No, but the Browns will be up there too without a doubt. I'm expecting a Top 8 pick from the Browns despite improving every single offensive position.

Yeah, well the problem isn't that he stinks, but that he's always injured.

How soon you forget the luckfest that was their 13-3 season just a few years ago.

Default Speaking Of The NFL Draft...

...in the next CBA the NFL simply has to address this kind of fvcking bullsh1t.

I don't care at all about the Oilers, but they and their fans, NTM the vet players, are getting royally screwed. And it's bad for the young players too; there was an interview w/Rashaan Salaam in the paper the other day where he basically said, "Extra million, shmillion, missing camp killed my whole career, get in there, you'll make it up on the back end".

Anyone here think Pacman'll have any kind of successful career?

I find it hard to believe Upshaw won't throw the rooks under a bus during the next round of talks. This is the only thing the NFL does wrong. I'm a Niners fan from Utah and Alex Smith's signing bonus is an abortion[although the Niners are a lost cause anyway]. Yes, it's a brutal game w/no guaranteed contracts, yada yada. GET A ROOKIE SALARY CAP.

BTW, I agree w/the Soviet Jew[inside joke], Niners'll be picking 2nd next year.

I hate Chicago teams only slightly less than NY & Boston teams, but that IS a brutal beat, Bug.

No, I remember they did have that year, with which all the good luck they finally had still amounted to nothing besides losing to the Packers for the third time of the year.
