yes you should report that. They won't do anything other than revoke his chat for a week or two and give him a stern warning, but you should still report it. If you don't, he will do it again.
And FWIW, i don't think this has to be labeled NC. Attempted collusion effects everyone here (sooner or later), this needs to be reported. |

Do they actually go through with turning off chats for suspected colluders? Has anyone followed up with any of the bad guys out there?
