Will charges of racism be used to try and force the Fed to pay the 70-80% of residents in and around New Orleans who either don’t have or were way behind in their flood insurance premiums? It’s been a charge in every other instance during the Katrinia disaster. If you have a fire and you don’t have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance you’re SOL. Should the non-insured be treated the same as those who met their obligation and kept their insurance / kept it up to date?
