Default Question on turn play

$1/2 NL ...6 max
UTG limps, SB completes and I raise to $10 in the BB with AcQc. UTG calls, SB folds. I have $200 and he has me covered.

Reads: UTG is a chronic flush chaser. Ive seen him call $10 with A9s and limp, then call $10 with 96s.

Pot is $22. Flop comes Kc 6s 3s. I bet $15 and he calls.
Pot $52. Turn is the Tc, giving me the nut fush draw, a gutshot and an overcard.

Whats your play here against this flush chaser who could have the spade draw (but could have a K) and would it be different against a normal oppenent that probably had a K?

Do you check? Make small bet to price yourself in for your draw? Or bet 3/4 pot or more hoping he folds, but with outs to fall back on?

I used to check here, but I think 3/4 pot is right.

What about a semi-bluff check-raise all-in ? I think it could be a good time to do it if he is able to lay down a hand like KJ or KQ, or better, if he bet a flush draw and call you.

A K will rarely fold, but against this habitual drawer, neither will the flush draw. As long as you give an incorrect price for her to draw, I think your bet will be correct. Regardless of the circumstances, I think a bet is correct here. 3/4 PSB sounds good.

Normally I would agree with this. But at 1/2, I don't know. I think fequity is pretty low. I might just c/c and c/f river UI. He won't often bluff the river, and he won't often fold the turn.

Im not sure I agree with he check raise all in either. If I check and he bets $35 or so, I doubt hes going to fold his K or flush draw if I check raise all in.

Heres what happened.....I bet $40 and he called making the pot $132. The river was a J giving me the nuts. I pushed in which was almost exactly pot sized and he called with Ks8s.

He had the flush draw AND the King and based on him calling my all in on the river with just TP, theres no way he wouldve folded to a check raise all in.

Im not sure my $40 turn bet was correct though.

Now that we're finished with what you should have done, what should villian have done to win this hand? We know that K8s is horrible, but was his call on the flop so bad with tp and flush draw?

Villians flop read is probably that you have AK - JK, and chasing as you indicate... Not sure what your image is. But that huge call on the turn is an outright sin. And the river is horrible.

Man, the more I think about it, the more donkey this guy looks. I like to think that I would pick a better spot against such a moron, but AQs is such a soft spot for me. Nice hand though, I have a feeling that your agressive play in previous hands has driven him to this, this madness...
