Default Folding Big Hands Preflop

Is there a (realistic) situation in which one could fold KK preflop? Also, under what circumstances might one let QQ or AK go?

a tight player raises, you reraise, they raise big, stacks are deep but not deep enough to play for a set, fold KK.
