As much as I despise pokerroom now, that hand was under the old rake structure. NL games seem to have made out under this new deal.

For .5/1 NL, the new system seems to be either a slight increase, or a slight decrease in bonus clearing speed, depending on the terms for the bonus. Maybe the differences are more pronounced at limit, because if not, it seems like a whole lot of things to change to make such a small difference.

Here are my stats for my 804 hand sample from tonight:

92 hands raked for .10
246 hands raked for .40
226 hands raked for 1.00
138 hands raked for 2.00 or more (7 hands raked above $2, the supposed limit!)

Points under old system: 364
Points under new system: 609.9

Old value for 7x bonus: $52
New value for 7x bonus: $50.8

Old value for 10x bonus: $36.40
New value for 10x bonus: $38.10

P.S. I'm still anxious to hear an explanation for having 7 pots raked for more then $2 tonight, at a table that clearly states a $2 maximum rake.

Hi,

The new system should put the speed of clearance back to where it was before the rake change or even up the speed a little.

Regarding the supposedly over-raked hands you can either contact support or dig up som hand-history numbers and we'll get right on it.

Put them in this thread or PM the PokerRoom.com account here at 2+2 and I'll personally look it up.

Thanks for replying,

I have 80 hands since Sept 1st raked over $2. Interestingly enough, they are 2.10, 2.40, or 3. Weird numbers indicating maybe some sort of rollover is happening, and the .10/.40/$1 levels are being added on top of a $2 capped pot? Here are a few:

$3
1227145690
1233246425
1232929731
1226912148
1227159209
1227191109
1235371433
1225913657

$2.40
1239601852
1227217694
1233117208
1225699737
1225683369

$2.10
1230359910
1225728385
1226599925
1226788157

Hate to bump more pokerroom.com threads when so many on the first page, but interested in the forthcoming reply to this one.

I'm awaiting this too. The silence seems to indicate the previously mentioned goot support!

I just signed up here to do some whoring, does anyone else find the games here subpar? They all play pretty much the same: tight preflop, poor postflop, small pots/no action. Their UI is too busy too, and way too intense, I wish you could turn off the player models, please tell me I'm not an idiot because I saw no option for this.

Hi guys,

I'm here. Looked it up the second you posted the hand histories.

I'm just awaiting a few more details and then I'll post an extensive reply.

Should have posted yesterday that I was on the case.
Sorry about that.
