I do not really like the river call. Maybe I am just used
to fairly predictable players who would not bet in this spot
without having AK beat, but after all of the aggression you
showed, his betting into you does not look like a bluff to
me. I would have folded, especially with a player to act
behind me (unless I thought a raise would win me the pot).
The fact that you have a player behind you makes it look
even less like a bluff, and since you have no read on this
player, and hence no information on whether or not he would
be capable of making a play in this spot, a fold is in
order. The bet even looks like an "I don't want AK to check
behind" bet.

Without a read, I think you have to pay off this river bet, although I doubt that it is +EV for this hand. However, knowing what his hand is will help your future reads so I think it's +EV for the future.

I really think you should take a free card on the turn at least some of the time. I don't think a bet here is standard.

Calling the river is standard and +EV for his hand. You could either see a well played TT or a nice river play from AJ, yet AQ is a possibility.

With that flop and 2 other opponents, I'd take my free card on the turn.
