Default Multipoker support

Hello,
I am having difficulty contacting multipoker. I have emailed info@multipoker.com at least 20 times without reply.
My account has been blocked for 2 months and funds taken fradualently without even an email.

Does anyone else have this problem contacting them since they have no number?

Does anyone on 2+2 belong to team multipoker? or know where i can call/contact them better?

p.s. i understand this is not a high limit post but the amount of money is substantail and perhaps some high limit players may be able to help me out as the other forums do not take this post seriously in the past.

I have experienced the same problem with MultiPoker support.

I recently joined MultiPoker and discovered that you cannot changed your screen name from within the program itself.

I have sent 9 email messages over the course of the last week requesting a screen name change. I have yet to receive a reply to any of my emails.

I did receive a call from a MultiPoker rep on Saturday who said she was checking my account details. I mentioned to her that I had been unable to receive any contact from their support department. She said that she was unable to help and suggested that I "keep trying".

This does not fill me with confidence. Changing a screen name is surely a mundane task. What happens if I run into a more serious problem like OP.
