Default Big main pot, big side pot, and I don\'t get to see anyone\'s hand?

Live loose aggressive 4/8 game (10 handed).

SB is a dangerous aggressive player, CO is a clueless calling station, everyone thinks I'm a rock.

Preflop: I am MP1 with Jc Jd. UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 folds, I raise, MP2 folds, MP3 cold calls, CO cold-calls, button cold calls, SB calls, BB calls, everyone else calls.

Flop: Qh Qs 8c (8 players, 16 sb)
SB bets, folded to me and I raise, MP3 calls all-in for $4, CO calls $4 and is instructed by the dealer that he has to put another $4 in or fold (he calls $4), folded to SB who 3-bets, I call, CO hesitates and calls.

Turn: Kh (4 players, 3 on the side; Main pot has 10 bb; Side pot has 3 bb)
SB bets, I fold, CO calls.

River: 4c (3 players, HU on the side; Main pot has 10 bb; side pot has 5 bb)
SB bets, CO folds.

SB wins the side pot, but mucks his hand before MP3 shows for the main pot. SB says he had nothing. The dealer pushes MP3 the main pot. MP3 doesn't show her hand. She later claimed to have had an 8.

It looks like I folded the best hand in a large pot when it was obvious that one of my two opponents (on the turn) had nothing. Does anybody call-down? Comments on my flop and turn play would be much appreciated.
