Default Aks VS Random two cards?

I did some research and came up with some numbers AKs is 66.22% to win any random two cards (not pairs) thats about 2 - 1 right?

with that said is it any two cards that are not pairs when they go heads up that the card with the higher card is going to win about 60% of the time?
Example:
What about say a T3 vs a 94 the T3 comes out on top with 58% and a 1.43 - 1 fav

Any ifo greatly appreciated
