Looking to get Comcast VoIP

And I just have a few questions for anyone who uses it:

Do you find it reliable? How is the sound quality?
Can I cancel my fax land line and just use my VoIP line (non-business use)? How reliable is the VoIP line for faxes?

WOW i just looked at their prices.....1 word HIGH. Have you checked other Voip's yet? I had Vonage, and recently swithced to SunRocket ($199/year UNLIMITED).
