This is partypoker's 3 billion hand promotion. Leading up to the 3 billion hand number, they are giving away a bunch of money to players who win certain hands.

And, note that this is the first jackpot hand where someone clearly knew they were in the jackpot and wanted to win. Notice the guy who 3bet preflop with T2, and then bet/raised on every street. Hard to tell from how things played out if the other 2 who made it to the end knew they were in the jackpot hand or not.
