Uber tight indeed. He must have thought that you won't call this river with anything less than Joker-3-xx and decided to check-call you down to protect his stack.

I once saw a guy cold call a solid bet on the river (when no one was left to act) when he had a royal flush on a $25 table. I can't remmeber if the board was paired. Afterwards he said, "I wanted to show it".

I thought it was pretty obvious what he had. If he is uber tight what else could he raise 3 dollars with and then slow play on a flop like that. Now, why in the world this retard didn't raise baffles me. Maybe previous poster was right, maybe he wanted to show? What was your question?

You know I was at that table when that play happened. Only thing I can think of was that he wasn't paying attention.

Does every post require a question? The only thing it could have been was a misclick.
