Thanks for all the comments. I wasn't sure I liked my fold (which is why I posted it) even though I really felt like I was way behind to CO.

I felt like I either had to 3 bet or fold (calling seemed the absolute worst thing I could do). Based on the read, I'm still not sure I like 3 betting this guy. In this case I was right (he had QJs for the flopped straight) but I really want to understand the correct play not just lose less money in this one case.
