Default Suited connectors/ one card stright

I need some help on this hand, UTG is a total fish, Button is LAG, i dont know if i should have been more agressive, less agressive or fold.
Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, SB folds, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG 3-bets</font>, Hero calls, Button calls.

I'd fold pre-flop, play the flop and turn the same, but bet the river.

Yea it was a bad preflop call, I was tilting a little. I think i rationalized it by adding the expected value of the fish calling me down with any pair, do you bet the river?

if you can fold to a raise comfortably then yes, if not then no.
