Mp is 95/30/1.04 over 45+ hands, he likes to call down atleast to the river with anything, bottom pair, some odd backdoor draw... . At the river he might fold his draw or stay...

BB is 66/12/1.20 no real reads on him sorry

UTG is 30/0/.7 looks very passive I've seen him bet once or twice when he hit the top pair on the flop.

Very standard. You say you have a monster, but that really isnt the case on the river, when the obvious flush draw completed. Granted, you may still be ahead, but you really don't have a monster. Easy call to hope for overcalls. Raising not only will drive out possible callers, but will also possibly let MP 3-bet you with his flush.

because his opponents all SUCK BIG TIME. However its an easy call and a stupid raise(Well usually).
