I was Villain in this hand....and somehow I think I missed value in this hand....but nevertheless got lucky...

I'll repost with it correct hands.....

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (7 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

SB ($375.90)
BB ($184.35)
Hero ($113)
MP1 ($182.35)
MP2 ($71.70)
CO ($230.10)
Button ($236)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $6</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, Hero calls $4.

Flop: ($15) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks.

Turn: ($15) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 bets $6</font>, SB calls $6, Hero calls $6.

River: ($33) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $12</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $40</font>, MP2 folds, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $363.9</font>, Hero calls $61 (All-In).

Final Pot: $497.90

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has 9d 9c (full house, nines full of sixes).
Hero has 6h 6d (four of a kind, sixes).
Outcome: SB wins $262.90. Hero wins $235. </font>

Now I know I got lucky here for villain to have top FH.....This wasn't a brag post, I just wanted to see how people would play the top FH against a tightie.....Ultimately, he would have never put me on 66 or he would not have raised my river raise...I think I generally think I was lucky after misplaying certainly the turn, possibly not the flop....

Comments welcome...

I always get a kick when I see this type of hand generate a $10 pot (which only gets to $10 on the river because of a 'value' bet) and hero has 99 and villain has 66

FMP

Glad it worked out on the river.

I know...think this is a lesson learned...this and the QJs hand from last nights session probably cost me $180 by not having full buy-in...Although I think the dynamics of the hand change with more behind...

I guess so...

I felt I misplayed my 6's though....its all worked out with the river betting....I'm sure optimal play would have been to re-raise turn....?

Bet the flop! take advantage of your image. They'll put you on a single 9, a bluff, or something like 55.
