I have called 3 times each time i was told I need to E-mail the request. I then explain my problem to them and was told the would put the request in for me.

4 hours later the bonus money has yet to hit my account.

This is my first time using bet365 so I played 500 raked hands @ 1/2 limit.

I should receive $50 for the first time deposit and $100 for october bonus bonaza correct?

Use hotmail! I had the same problem. They said my
isp(verizon) was banned due to spam. So they told
me to use hotmail and it worked no problem.
