I would pretty much always raise this on 3rd UNLESS there is a maniac behind me (which there was in this case). So I really like your call here on 3rd expecting maniac to raise and give others a chance to come in. Last thing I would want here is raise it coming in, get raised by the maniac and then blank out. This way others might come in and if they don't you keep the pot small. Keeping the pot small is actually the key for me here. 4th is a cap. The rest is like where do you find them kind of thing.
