How do I get a netteller card?

I aplolgize if this is in the archives somewhere. I did a few searches and couldnt find anything. My question is how to get a netteller debit card and create an account with them? When I go to netteller.com it redirects me to jackhenry.com where I cant find any info on how to get a debit card from them? Also, I live in Maryland. Someone once told me (not sure if they're wrong or right) that netteller dosent work at Maryland ATM's? Anyone know if thats correct. From what I hear netteller is the way to go if you dont want anything deposited in your bank account or a check sent right?

Neteller won't allow you to have an account at all if you live in MD...

Ugghhhh....any other alternative then? I just dont want all these transactions showing up on my bank account summary. Does paypal have a debit card that works in MD?
