Default very early in PP 30+3 MTT - what do I do??!?!

Fifth hand in the tourney, no reads, don't know what to do after two cold callers behind. Any suggestions? I know I probably should have CB the flop just to test the waters, but, with such short stacks, I'm trying to conserve my chips:

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Hero (t915)
MP2 (t1120)
MP3 (t1245)
CO (t1100)
Button (t975)
SB (t995)
BB (t950)
UTG (t1125)
UTG+1 (t885)
UTG+2 (t855)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t15, 1 fold, Hero raises to t90, 1 fold, MP3 calls t90, 1 fold, Button calls t90, SB calls t80, 1 fold, UTG+1 folds.

Flop: (t387.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP3 bets t150, Button folds, SB folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: t537.50

you NEED to lead the flop and find out where you stand ... i lead at the flop for 125-175 and re-evaluate if there is resistance. by checking, you are inviting someone behind you to bet if only on principle ...

check-folding to a less than 1/2 pot bet is too weak here.

edit: i also like keeping the pot slightly smaller pre-flop (raise to 60-75) so it makes it easier to continuation bet without over-committing yourself to the pot while OOP.
