Default question - full time player and renting a house.

A couple other people and I are looking at a house to rent out here in british columbia and my buddy is going to meet with the woman tommorow...I know she won't take us seriously if we say we play poker for a living, can anyone give any brief job descriptions we can use that involve computers that might work cause i am clueless here.

I rented an apartment once. They wanted to see pay stubs. I had none, so I took their computer and loaded up my bank account. Showed them steady withdrawals every two weeks adding up to 1000 a month. Told them I worked for Partygaming Inc. as a freelance contractor. Things worked out.

I told my landlord I was a statistical analyst. When he inquired further I said I was independently contracted. Then when he asked about what I do. I started into some schpeel about how the job Im currently working on is going over the random number generator for online gambling sites, and then I launched into some diatribe about the decay of the cesium atom, and once his eyes glassed over he never asked anything again.
