Default Flow

Daniel Negraneau has a great post/article somewhere about flow. Like Cris wrote, your check on the turn doesn't have the right 'flow' after a checkraise on the flop. I would highly reccomend looking up all of his posts on RGP, read all the articles in CP and his follow ups to posts on his message board. They are highly informative.

Default Re: Bluff called by a Bluff

[ QUOTE ]
Seeing as this was a tight table I thought that if I can put my opponent on a small pair or Ax, then if my hand hit I would have a good chance of getting it paid off.

[/ QUOTE ]

Jon, this does not make sense. At the beginning you thought he would pay you off if you hit. That means he would call you down regardless of the board, even if he did not hit. Then, when you did not hit, you suddenly decide he would fold? What happened to your first read?
