Default Empire/Paypro wants SSN? (possibly covered before)

When I tried to deposit to Empire today, I get the same message I got on on April 30th, which is effectively "You have exceeded the $15k monthly or $3k daily deposit limit. Please type in your SSN or send your id to Paypro." So gay, but I scan my id to Paypro with some info (DL #, etc.) blacked out. I get a generic e-mail saying "This is a matter we can only handle by phone." WTF?

One more crappy thing. My friend (not my gnome or a "friend," a real person) just opened an account and tried to withdraw money. Livechat told him he couldn't because his Neteller account is uncertified. I guess Party is cracking down across the board.
