I would raise a little more pf if i was going to raise.

having the Ks makes the flop an easy call but given how he played that other hand i would probably just call without it. if you raise and he has some kind of decent draw your gonna end up in a very sticky spot.

I like to call on the flop and see what happens on the turn. If he checks to me im comitting myself right there.
