It sounds like SSHE did help you with perhaps the most important concept of all: When to fold.

You did have a good session so you must have been using the fold move correctly.

Your post makes no sense. If you played no hands then how did you win money?

I second this thread, I rarely find table conditions + hand conditions to utilize SSHE. Seems like most hands are basic WLLH strategy. Who knows maybe it's the games i play in.

I apply ideas I learned from SSHE MANY times in EVERY session I play.
