Default Foxwoods 1 2

Been at the table for about an hour, two late position limps to me on the button with qj diamonds. I have 120$ behind. I make it ten to play (seems to be stadard raise for table). Only limpers call.(33$) Both have 200$.
Flop comes Ac Qc Qh. Checked to me and I bet 25. One call. Turn is an Ace. Checked to me. No real reads on player, haven't seen him out of line. How do you proceed?

I think it's okay to check behind him here, if he's on a flush draw all the action is dead anyways, he'll never call your bet... a bet here will most likely be called by a worse hand or it'll end up a chop.

Call on the river if the bet isn't too rediculous

You check. Also, I'd just limp PF.
