You are probably right to fold the hand on 6th unless he is an idiot.

presuming you both hit babies and he checks, do you bet or check behind him?

Wait, I'm confused, why aren't you drawing to your two pair on the river, getting 11-1 odds on what seems to be Ks or Qs up?

im a new stud player, but ive read TOP and SS1 stud, and i would def. call, maybe even raise. I think that he has 2 hearts in the hole, catching 4 hearts on 4th street. At most, like another post said, hes K or Q's up. Plus, allof your cards are live, minus one 4. Thats just my opinion though, and hes a party poker regular...doubt he has A's and J's.

Default Hello! Beer! I agree with Kap and Meier! UR OPPO......

is not putting u on split A's. He probably has pocket K's or Q's---MAYBE J's. He sees one "A" out.
However,it's worth trying for a second pair on 7th. If U do not succeed, then folding would be the proper play. The pot is tOOOOOOOOO largeeeeee to give up on 6th when u have a decent chance of winning.

I guess I don't understand the 5th street raise. If he has the aces he's representing, then you're behind at this point. If you raised because you don't think he has the aces, then you should stick to your read and call on 6th. If you're going to stick in a raise, I think 4th street might be a better spot--cheaper, which is good since you're raising for information more than anything.

I Agree.

3-Flush isn't looking likely because he raised 3rd.

Some players might 3-bet with just a small pocket pair. But that seems pretty wreckless in these games. It also seems pretty wreckless for a regular.

You could make a small profit calling down if you KNEW he had something like JJ88. But that edge won't makeup for the times when you ship him 1 or 2 BB free of charge.
