Default My Lag defense hands

I posted these in flynn's thread also.

I have 2 interesting Lag defense hands here I figured I'd share; one hand I lost and one I won. Both were vs. huge LAG donkeys who had just lost big pots (the 1st guy was down about 10k to me b4 this point, and the 2nd just lost a pot of around 4k- not to me). Obviously the fact that I had a pair/2 pair was meaningless, they either had a set/str. or nothing. Read away

HAND #1
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $20 BB (2 handed)

Button ($5108)
Hero ($13822.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6, A. Button posts a blind of $20.
Hero raises to $60, Button (poster) raises to $220, Hero calls $160.

Flop: ($440) 8, 2, A (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $580, Hero calls $580.

Turn: ($1600) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button checks.

River: ($1600) J (2 players)
Hero bets $820, Button raises to $4308, Hero calls $3488.

Final Pot: $10216

HAND #2
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $20 BB (9 handed)

CO ($578.55)
Button ($15789.50)
SB ($3244.80)
Hero ($2807)
UTG ($2000)
UTG+1 ($2000)
MP1 ($1707)
MP2 ($1856.50)
MP3 ($882)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, 7.
7 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($40) 2, 7, A (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $29, SB calls $29.

Turn: ($98) J (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $77, SB raises to $154, Hero calls $77.

River: ($406) 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $357, SB raises to $2780, Hero calls $2247 (All-In).

If you look at both of these hands it is very hard to put the villains on a hand other than a complete bluff (from their actions). I do not normally risk 150bb with two pair or 250bb with top pair... however in both of these situations it seemed the right play to call as i felt i was ahead a very large percentage of the time. I will make huge calls if I feel that MHIG, however in only 1 of these 2 cases was i correct, I leave it to you to guess which, I'll post the results in a few days (these were the two biggest calls i'd made in quite a few days so they seemed adequate to post in response to flynn's challenge).

mmmmm... i dunno why but the suits didnt copy over (I first posted this in flynn's thread then realized I shouldve made my hands their own thread). Anyway suits were of no particular importance (no 3 flush present on river), but I don't remember if a flush draw was possible on the flop in either (you could check in flynn's challenge thread). Mind saying what you think they had in the hands (i.e stone cold bluff, you win; misd draw bluff; you win etc.- obviously if i'm beat its the nuts or close to it as no other hand would play as weird as either of these did except the nuts or a complete bluff)
