OH GOD!! Just tried cashing out from Euro

Got an error message to call support... Called The 014 number and they notified me that I would not be able to make cashouts at this time and that they couldnt give me any information.. I had to leave my number and they were going to have someone call me back.

I also wont mention how much I have on the site but I can assure you it is WELL over what variance should account for Playing 30/60.

Uh hum.... 800 BB.... good god. This is not a good Thing..

I am suggesting EVERYONE try and cashout until we find out what is going on exactly.

Maybe when they get a couple Million cashed out they will change their tune.

Not cool at all.. I havent received any type of email or warning..I hope this isnt what I am fearing

Do you have something to be worried about?

If not, don't sweat. Their cashier sucks and goes down all the time. It'll be back up in a few hours, probably.

If you do have something to worry about (you've done something wrong) - well, then, karma's a bitch.

Only if PT is wrong.. and if it is... I guess we could almost all have our accounts pillaged.

I would suggest some cashouts right now, at least until the smoke clears or the rules are defined

I just cashed out 100 dollars with no error message or problems. I highly doubt anyone has anything to worry about - unless of course, you have reason to be worried.

Why would you have $50k in your account anyway? Assuming your cashout was very large amount, they prolly will just have to talk to you and have you fax them a some documents proving your identification. Do you have something to be worried about ? I ask that based on your paranoid post about their T&C.

I tried cashing out about 12 hours ago and nothing has hit my Neteller yet. Also this is my first cashout from Euro and I did not even receive an email confirming my cash out request. This is unacceptable in my opinion as the only "proof" I have of a cashout is the confirmation number which I of course did not write down as it is common practice for sites to email you a confirmation.

Also I must not be the only one who despises their web based cashier.

before you start crying wolf, please get your facts. the maximum you can cashout is 8k at a time i suggest you initiate for that amount, then when it says approved on the status page, request again, till you get your desired amount. they are a huge reputable sports book and casino, you have nothing to be worried about.

ps, if you tried to contact them today, they operate during london business hours as far as i can tell. customer support may be available during the weekends. but the cashier probably isnt and they will clarify your issue on monday. poker site employees need time off too.

edit. celiboy. go to the cashier and hit past transactions it will list your withdrawals, and they dont send email confirms. unacceptable....bwaaahaaa, isnt that how one reprimands a child. just because other sites may send confirms doesnt mean they are all required to. btw i feel safest at eurobet with my online money vs. any other of the online rooms.

12 hours is nothing to be waiting on a cashout.. ive had party skins cashouts take 2-3 days before.
