Intertops cashouts

I cashed out 21.2 and now over 3 days later still havent received my money in neteller. E-mailed them...nothing....another one...response "money should be in your account in 24-48 hours...well its been over 50 hours now and still nothing...THIS PLACE SUCKS.

I just checked: My last cashout on Jan 2 with Intertops took only 4 hours.

Just got my cashout from Intertops into Neteller yesterday -- took 5 days total.

Could you have a look at "cashier/history/wheresmymoney/details"? Whatdate does it show as being completed?
Mine shows:

Yeah my details are similar, but I think this is referring to the transfer from Intertops poker to their sportsbook only.

After it arrives at the sportsbook and you request a cashout to Neteller, it kinda disappears into a black hole for a few days before it finally arrives at Neteller (amateurish setup).

I'm sure it'll eventually turn up in a day or two...

Yes, of course ur right, I forgot that I transferred to the sportsbook. Well, so I will have to wait.

It will take 5 days to a week. There isn't anything you can do about it. They're uniformly slow on cashouts, but I haven't heard of anyone not getting their money. That said, Intertops should simply change their site so that it says it'll take 5 business days, because that's how long it takes.

I requested a cash-out yesterday, took about 4 hours to reach the sportsbook, not seen anything in Neteller yet though.

They've got over half my bankroll tied up there, I'm not going to be happy if it doesn't hit neteller in time for my to do the party reload coming up!

Just got off the phone with Intertops Customer Service.....no suprise, they have a backlog of neteller cashouts....the lady on the phone wouldn't give me a specific date/time, but said it can take up to 2-3 days....she said that she will put it through manually to accounting and see if she can get it through quiker (doubt it)
