Looks fine to me.

Cut off the action at the turn unless you're showing off [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

I think it's a good fold. UTG+2 bet into the pfr and then called the pfr's flop raise. UTG+1 cold-called UTG+2 and the pfr. All of this with an overcard on the board. Then, when the board gets scarier on the turn with a possible flush, UTG+1 is now the bettor (despite his opponents' show of strength) and UTG+2 stays in. And the pot's not very big. Time to get out.
