Did I miss something or are Prima Poker hand histories now saved to your hard drives?

If so where - I can't find my betholdem ones!

In options -> game history make sure the correct options are checked, it's stored in the skin directory as a .dat file. To use with PT, read the help file.. you'll need to get sqlite odbc drivers.
