Has anyone's book shipped yet? I pre-ordered a few weeks ago from Amazon, and as of today (July 1) it says that my order has not yet shipped, but the estimated shipping date is yesterday.

I ordered mine from overstock.com yesterday for $17.96 (including shipping), and it says it will be shipping starting in 7/2005 (not sure exactly what day that means). Since this is a holiday weekend, if it doesn't ship tomorrow, then hopefully sometime next week.
