Default 50NL QQ where do I raise or fold?

In a previous hand Villain called my pf raise with K10 in the blinds, so he is very loose calling raises here. I had AK and he hit a small pair on the flop and bet at me, and hit two pair on the turn and continued to bet, I called down and lost.

What do you beat on the river here? Really looks like a 9 here especially given that read. I raise flop and try to not put much more money in when the board gets this coordinated.

I'm not sure about the flop reraise, but it certainly is not a terrible play. As for me, this weak tight jackass folds the river, a pot sized bet on every street is enough to knock me off with a high pair on a coordinated board.

raise the flop.

as played, fold the turn, you are beat by either TJ, T9, 9x, or a set.

Raise the flop and fold to a re-raise. Check the check the turn and fold to the inevitable river bet. Tough break.
