They always have a 10% bonus which is supposedly bottomless but evidently is capped at $800...

[/ QUOTE ] it's definitely not capped, I've done close to $2000 without even a hint of a warning (though I've been using them mostly for sports recently as opposed to poker). I'm guessing they just deal with it on a case basis.
